Pakistan is still a developing country, despite 63 years of is inception. Today, most of the highly advanced and cutting edge technology is available for use. But the organizations and the upper level executives are yet to accept these changes. Despite the progress in science and technology, our people still have the same old mindset of doing everything by hand. NESPAK, too, is a one such example of this attitude still prevalent in our country.
