Communication Networks

NESPAK is working nationally and internationally in 36 countries and they design and supervise buildings for them. Unfortunately the company has not adopted vast means of communication because of the hesitation to depend on IT, thus they have been communicating by the means of telephone network or on the basis of face-to-face meetings therefore there in no extranet in the company. However new employees with advanced studies are trying to mix in the IT system along with the manual work. Moreover on national level Internet service is provided through LAN in the company the company has made a website for the common people to attain information about NESPAK and so that the world could know that what exactly the company is up to. It is also used to publish adds on their website for job vacancies. It is also used to scan project proposals to send them to the general manager of the required branch. Intranet is present but is not in use as the basic problem in the company is to adopt IT. The only way of contact between offices within a branch as well as other branches is through telephonic communication.
